OUR KITCHEN TEAM

Executive Chef Kurt Spak and Sous Chef Jim Williamson head up our talented kitchen team with combined decades of experience.  Always focusing on seasonal fare, our creative crew work very hard to bring our customers some of the best Italian-inspired food in the Portland area. Additionally, Kurt continually shares his Master Pasta skills with the team, and will often prepare one of his favorites as a nightly special.  Look for his agnolotti, gnocchi, tajarin, ravioli, tortellini, or another of his specialties on a lucky night!
